MAKING CHOICES WITH THE ACCULTERATION OF FOOD IN MIND CAN ERADICATE CLIMATE CHANGE, REALLIGN DEVELOPING NATIONS ECONOMIES, INCREASE THE WELLBEING OF INDUSTRY WORKERS/ANIMALS, AND ALLOW THE CONSUMER TO HAVE POWER IN THEIR CONSUMPTION HABITS THROUGH COMPASSION.

THIS WILL OCCUR THROUGH ACCESSIBLE EXPERIENCES AND EXHIBITIONS REGARDING DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND ASPECTS OF THE INDUSTRIES AT STAKE. HIGHIGHTING LOCAL PURVEYORS WHO SUPPLY ETHICAL, SUSTAINABLE, AND AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS. IN ORDER TO EMPOWER, EDUCATE, AND RESIST IT REQUIRES PROPER COLLABORATION INWHICH REDEFINING THAT CONSUMERS MUST WORK TOGETHER TO ERADICATE THESE HARMFUL INDUSTRIES.
